• Prepare, review, and coordinate method statements for civil, structural, and construction activities for the road bridge project.
• Develop method statements in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, ITPs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, planning, and project teams to ensure practical and technically sound methodologies.
• Review construction procedures, work sequences, inspection requirements, and quality control measures.
• Ensure method statements comply with contract specifications, applicable codes/standards, and client/consultant requirements.
• Incorporate risk assessments, HSE requirements, inspection stages, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria where applicable.
• Coordinate submission, review, comments, revision, approval, and proper document control of method statements.
• Assist in preparing ITPs, checklists, inspection procedures, and quality-related technical documents.
• Monitor implementation of approved method statements at project sites and identify deviations.
• Maintain proper records of approved/revised method statements and ensure site teams work with the latest approved versions.
