Practical experience in HR operations, logistics management, expatriate visa/work permit processing, and corporate travel management is mandatory.

Experience in manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, multinational, or project-based organisations will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Coordinate all logistics activities, including transportation, accommodation, and office support services.

  2. Process expatriate visa, work permit, business visa, visa renewal, and related immigration documentation.

  3. Liaise with relevant government authorities, embassies, visa agencies, and other external stakeholders regarding expatriate documentation.

  4. Arrange domestic and international air tickets, hotel bookings, airport transfers, travel insurance, and travel itineraries.

  5. Maintain records of passports, visas, work permits, and travel documents and ensure timely renewals.

  6. Coordinate onboarding and administrative support for expatriate employees.

  7. Manage travel budgets and vendor coordination and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.

  8. Support general HR and administrative activities, including employee documentation and record management.

  9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of logistics and travel requirements.

  10. Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation related to logistics, travel, and expatriate services.

  11. Perform any other HR & admin responsibilities assigned by management.
