• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from reputed Public and Private universities only.

• Age At least 24 years

Must-Have

• Familiar with CAD software (i.e AUTOCAD) and individual capability for drawings
• Familiar with Industrial projects and infrastructure construction works

Preferred

• Technical capability and Strong motivation for design works
• Solar Power Plant Project experience.
• Basic familiarity with: BNBC, ACI, ASTM, AASTHO etc. standards related to design, construction etc.
• Any certification in relevant works will be plus

We are now looking for a Tenant Support Engineer who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting tenant infrastructure and construction-related needs across our Industrial Park.
Employment Status & Location: Full-time, based at BSEZ Office, Sonpara, Panchrukhi, Narayanganj-1460
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to tenants on infrastructure and construction-related matters.

• Prepare, review, and manage drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams on industrial project and infrastructure construction works.

• Support design-related activities requiring technical capability and motivation for quality outcomes.

• Assist in reviewing and advising on solar power plant project works, where applicable.

• Apply relevant design and construction standards (e.g., BNBC, ACI, ASTM, AASHTO) in support of tenant projects.

• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and reporting.
