• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Architecture

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Only Male

Minimum of 0-4 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-years in the professional lighting, electrical, and electronic, or a directly related B2B sales industry in Bangladesh.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driving license with the ability to travel extensively within Dhaka and potentially other parts of Bangladesh.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally within Dhaka and occasionally to other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the professional lighting sector (e.g., commercial buildings, hotels, retail spaces, industrial facilities).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, contractors, and end-clients.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the professional lighting industry.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
