• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Technical Infrastructure

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-years in the professional lighting, electrical, or a directly related B2B sales industry in Bangladesh.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of professional lighting products, technologies (e.g., LED, smart lighting), and applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driving license with the ability to travel extensively within Dhaka and potentially other parts of Bangladesh.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the professional lighting sector (e.g., commercial buildings, hotels, retail spaces, industrial facilities).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, contractors, and end-clients.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the professional lighting industry.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
