• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Support the Plaza Manager in managing daily showroom operations.

• Ensure achievement of showroom sales, collection, profitability, and customer service targets.

• Supervise and guide Sales Executives and other showroom employees.

• Monitor daily sales, credit collection, stock position, and employee performance.

• Ensure proper product display, pricing, cleanliness, branding, and showroom presentation.

• Develop retail, installment, corporate, and dealer sales opportunities.

• Handle customer queries and support the resolution of complaints.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, dress code, and service standards.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Perform the responsibilities of the Plaza Manager during their absence.

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, HR, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments.
