Excellent data analysis, reporting, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management capabilities.

Sound knowledge of credit risk assessment and overdue management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and credit management systems.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.

• Ensure timely credit collection from 700+ Walton Plaza outlets nationwide.

• Develop and implement effective credit collection strategies.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance.

• Analyze overdue accounts, collection gaps, credit risks, and recovery trends.

• Coordinate with regional teams and Plaza Managers to achieve collection targets.

• Lead and supervise the nationwide credit collection team.

• Prepare management reports and present collection updates to the Head of Credit.

• Ensure compliance with organizational credit policies and procedures.

• Take appropriate corrective measures for overdue and high-risk accounts.

• Improve credit monitoring, reporting, and collection processes.
