- Age At least 35 years
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in Agriculture Products, Motorcycle Spare Parts, Automobile Spare Parts, or similar products is preferred.
- Must have experience in dealer and distributor sales.
- Must have experience in field sales and market visits.
- Experience in finding new customers and increasing sales in new areas.
- Experience in managing and communicating with dealers, shops, wholesalers, retailers, mechanics, workshops, and customers.
- Must have experience in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Experience in managing a sales team and checking their daily/weekly performance.
- Experience in making sales plans, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
- Experience in checking competitor products, prices, and market conditions.
- Good experience in customer relationship management and solving customer problems.
- Experience in handling dealer orders, product delivery, stock, discounts, and payment follow-up.
- Must be willing to travel to different markets and districts for sales and customer visits.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Experience with CRM or sales software is a plus.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience selling the following products will be given
preference:
- Agricultural machinery and equipment
- Agricultural spare parts
- Motorcycle spare parts
- Automobile spare parts
- Motorcycle accessories
- Engine parts and related products
Important: The candidate should be able to build good relationships with dealers, bring new dealers, increase sales, and help the company grow in new markets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Timing- 9am-5.30 pm
