Responsibilities & Context:
- All executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face.
- Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Attending office meetings for grooming.
- Client communication (regular updates, building relationships) Working as per their preferences Regular reporting to management by preparing regular report sheets.
- Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
- Other works assigned by the management.
Our Office Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
