Responsibilities & Context:
All executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face.
Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
Attending office meetings for grooming.
Client communication (regular updates, building relationships) Working as per their preferences Regular reporting to management by preparing regular report sheets.
Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
Other works assigned by the management.
Our Office Time (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
