• Age 20 to 90 years

• 1–2 years of active field sales experience.

• Mandatory experience in selling Cosmetics and Toiletries products.

• Good knowledge of dealer, distributor, and retail markets.

• Strong team-handling and supervisory skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong target-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in outdoor field environments.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Supervise and monitor daily field sales operations and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.

• Guide and monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) to maximize market coverage.

• Recruit new dealers and distributors and maintain strong business relationships with them.

• Visit retail outlets regularly and identify new market opportunities.

• Develop new retail outlets and expand the company's market network.

• Ensure regular collection of outstanding payments from dealers/distributors.

• Collect and report accurate stock and sales information to higher management (TSO/ASM/RSM).

• Monitor competitor activities, product movement, and market trends.

• Identify sales team issues and take necessary initiatives to resolve them.

• Work to increase the company's product distribution and market presence.

• Basic Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

• Daily Allowance (DA): As per company policy.

• Travel Allowance (TA): Actual expenses will be reimbursed.

• Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses annually.

• Mobile Bill: Provided by the company.
