Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Welcome customers and identify their product requirements.
Explain product features, prices, warranties, installment facilities, and promotional offers.
Develop retail, installment, corporate, and dealer sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Support promotional campaigns and local market-development activities.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
Maintain customer information and sales records accurately.
Follow up on installment collection and customer service requirements.
Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Perform outdoor sales and market visits when required.
Follow company policies, dress code, and customer service standards.
