Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified sales leads.
Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers.
Understand customer requirements and qualify potential buyers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Schedule property visits and appointments with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
Convert qualified leads into property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
