We looking for experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing professionals to support property marketing, client acquisition, sales activities, property promotion, and customer relationship management.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing and should have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and property marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate properties.

• Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.

• Identify and generate new property sales leads.

• Communicate with potential buyers, investors, and clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Arrange property visits and coordinate with clients.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Prepare property presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.

• Promote properties through digital platforms and social media.

• Maintain records of leads, customers, property inquiries, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with sales, property management, and other relevant teams.

• Negotiate with clients professionally within company guidelines.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

• Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property demand.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
