• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preference for Marketing/Business Administration)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age At least 18 years

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in SaaS/Telecom/IT sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Basic understanding of invoicing/billing processes preferred

• Identify and acquire new clients for Khudebarta and Talkify solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (Key Account Management)

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages/solutions

• Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports

• Conduct field visits for client meetings and product presentations (if needed)

• Prepare and submit quarterly BTRC A2P compliance reports

• Manage corporate client invoicing and follow up with payment collection calls

• Drive revenue growth through client retention and upselling
