About the Role

Softifybd Limited is a software company specializing in SaaS products and Custom Software Development solutions. We help businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS products and custom software solutions.

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales channels.

• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

• Understand business requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.

• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project initiation.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Custom Software Sales, IT Solution Sales, or Technology Sales.

• Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.

• Candidates without relevant software industry sales experience will not be considered.

• Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
