Responsibilities & Context:
Forwarder online booking /buyer software update with communicate with merchandising/buying house/ Shipping line.
Prepare Shipping documents.
Coordinate with C&F/transport agent for customs document handover.
Checking & controlling commercial invoice, packing list & other related documents for exporting of goods.
Proper LC & UD follow-up to carry on the shipment in the right time.
Ensure the delivery of the goods in time by strong follow-up from supply to factory for smooth production.
Handle all other commercial affairs.
Perform all kinds of commercial documents including bank related LC, BL, Subsidy, and GSP.
Perform any other jobs assigned by the section & management.
