• Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC, and technical staff responsible for all quality-related assignments/issue.        

• Develop and improve the existing QC system to meet international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company Specifications.

• Control and ensure the quality of all textiles as per customers' preconditions. 

• Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues.

• Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.

• Monitor and support quality issue and communicate with the audit and are inspection team.

• Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

• Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and production action.

• Supervised subcontract related garments production and quality.

• Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, Cad, and some others departments.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Carry out any others job as assigned from tome and time.

• Develop training materials and provide training to all concern on regular basis.

• Evaluated staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development. 

• Any other assignments assigned by the management
