• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 22 to 28 years

1. Assist the merchandising team in handling buyer orders from development to shipment.

2. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and other relevant departments.

3. Assist in preparing and maintaining order-related documents, T&A, order sheets, and sample status.

4. Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, lab dips, samples, and approvals.

5. Support sample development and ensure samples are submitted within the required timeline.

6. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to the concerned team.

7. Assist in checking buyer requirements, specifications, measurements, and comments.

8. Maintain proper records of buyer communications, approvals, and order documents.

9. Follow up with production and relevant departments to ensure timely order execution.

10. Support the team in meeting shipment deadlines and resolving routine order-related issues.

11. Perform other merchandising-related duties assigned by the management.
