Experience:
B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering.
Candidates with relevant academic qualifications and strong practical IE experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering in a Knit/Woven Garments Manufacturing Factory.
Experience in a composite garments factory will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in handling multiple production lines will have an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Capacity Study and Line Balancing.
Good understanding of sewing operations and garment manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Ability to prepare and analyze IE-related reports and production data.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and productivity improvement.
Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement SMV/SAM for sewing operations based on standard IE methods.
Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, Capacity Study, and Method Study.
Analyze production capacity, line efficiency, operator performance, and machine utilization.
Prepare and monitor Line Balancing to achieve optimum manpower and machine utilization.
Set daily production targets based on capacity, SMV, manpower, and available working hours.
Monitor Efficiency, Productivity, Target vs. achievement, and DHU regularly.
Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Prepare capacity planning, manpower planning and production layout for sewing lines.
Analyze operation-wise performance and suggest suitable manpower redistribution.
Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Cutting and Finishing departments to improve overall productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly IE reports for management.
Analyze WIP, bottleneck operations, idle time and production losses and take necessary improvement initiatives.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement techniques.
Support new style/product implementation by preparing operation breakdown, SMV and line layout.
Perform any other IE-related responsibilities assigned by management.
