Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge may also be considered for junior-level positions.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 28 years

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering in Knit/Woven Garments.

• Experience in a Knit Composite Garments Factory will be preferred.

• Candidates with practical knowledge of sewing operations and IE systems will receive preference.

• Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study and Line Balancing.

• Good understanding of garment sewing operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Time Study, Motion Study and Method Study for sewing operations.

• Calculate and establish SMV/SAM for different garment operations.

• Prepare and maintain operation breakdown and machine requirements.

• Assist in line balancing to maximize production efficiency.

• Calculate daily production capacity based on SMV, manpower, working hours, and efficiency.

• Monitor line efficiency, productivity, target vs. achievement, and operator performance.

• Identify bottleneck operations and recommend corrective measures.

• Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.

• Assist in manpower planning and proper allocation of operators according to skill and operation requirements.

• Monitor machine utilization and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.

• Support new style/product implementation through SMV calculation, operation bulletin, and line layout.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Cutting and Finishing departments.

• Monitor WIP, idle time, downtime and production losses.

• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S activities.

• Conduct productivity improvement studies and recommend process improvements.

• Maintain accurate IE records, reports and production-related data.

• Ensure proper implementation of IE standards and procedures.

• Perform any other IE-related duties assigned by management.
