Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) or any other professional certification in supply chain & procurement will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Planning in the RMG or Textile Industry.
Experience in a Knit Composite Garments Factory will be preferred.
Candidates with practical experience in sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and production material planning will receive preference.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of RMG supply chain processes.
Good understanding of Yarn, Fabric, Trims and Accessories procurement.
Strong knowledge of MRP, Inventory Management, and Material Planning.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with ERP/software-based inventory and procurement systems will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate overall Supply Chain activities from sourcing to delivery.
Plan and monitor procurement of yarn, fabric, accessories, and other production requirements.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, Commercial, Store, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on production plans and confirmed orders.
Monitor material requirements against production schedules and delivery deadlines.
Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, quality, and quantity.
Ensure proper inventory planning to avoid stock-outs, excess inventory, and production interruption.
Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory and identify slow-moving/excess stock.
Analyze inventory levels and prepare regular stock and supply chain reports for management.
Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material delivery status.
Track critical materials and escalate potential delays that may affect production or shipment.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports and MIS.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
