Demand Planning & Forecasting:

-Own and manage the end-to-end demand planning and forecasting process.

-Develop statistical and business-driven forecasts using historical trends, market intelligence, customer requirements, seasonality and business inputs.

-Consolidate demand from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders.

-Analyze forecast accuracy, forecast bias and demand variability, and drive continuous improvement.

-Identify demand gaps, risks, opportunities and significant changes in demand patterns.

-Maintain appropriate planning parameters and ensure timely updates to demand plans.

S&OP Ownership & Coordination:

-Coordinate and drive the Demand Review process as part of the overall S&OP cycle.

-Prepare demand planning inputs, analysis and presentations for all S&OP cycle meetings.

-Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning and Management to align demand and business plans.

-Highlight demand-supply gaps and support management in developing appropriate action plans.

-Ensure agreed demand assumptions and decisions are properly translated into the planning system.

Analytics & Performance Management:

-Develop and monitor KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, MAPE/WAPE, Demand Variability and other relevant planning metrics.

-Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

-Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and process improvement.

-Use Power BI and advanced Excel/data analytics tools to transform data into meaningful business insights.

Stakeholder Management:

-Act as the key planning interface between commercial and -supply chain functions.

-Facilitate effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.

-Challenge assumptions constructively and ensure decisions are supported by data.

-Communicate risks, exceptions and recommendations clearly to management.
