• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in similar position preferably from a reputed buying office or factory/ composite units.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knit & Woven, fabric inspection, pattern amendments, Quality Control/Audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing, risk analysis, pre-production.

• The applicants should have experience in the following categories men’s, ladies, children and product safety and process controls.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team

• Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English

• Advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently

• Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines

Job Context

The Technician - Quality is responsible for independently managing quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process for assigned factories. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, company quality standards, product safety requirements, and shipment timelines while providing technical guidance to factory teams and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage quality assurance activities for one or more assigned factories, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards.

• Conduct pre-production handover meetings and verify production files, approved samples, technical documents, fabrics, trims, and accessories before bulk production.

• Perform risk assessments for assigned orders and recommend preventive actions to minimize quality issues, rework, and production delays.

• Monitor production through line reviews, in-line inspections, first bulk reviews, and final inspections to ensure consistent product quality.

• Conduct fabric inspections, AQL inspections, product safety checks, and quality verification activities in accordance with customer and company requirements.

• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and work closely with factory teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to factory quality and production teams to improve process capability and manufacturing efficiency.

• Monitor daily production status, quality performance, and shipment readiness while proactively addressing risks that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with merchandising, laboratory, production, and factory management to ensure timely resolution of technical and quality-related issues.

• Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and performance updates while ensuring accurate maintenance of quality records.

• Support onboarding and provide day-to-day guidance to Quality Controllers whenever required.

• Escalate critical quality, compliance, or production concerns to the Quality Auditor or Quality Manager with recommended corrective actions.
