Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee all C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) operations at Chittagong Port.
Manage customs clearance, documentation, shipment coordination, and port activities.
Ensure timely and cost-effective import/export cargo clearance in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Customs, Port Authorities, shipping lines, C&F agents, transporters, and internal teams.
Monitor operational performance, resolve shipment issues, and minimize delays and demurrage costs.
Manage the C&F operations team, budgets, vendors, and service quality.
