Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven success in B2B marketing.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization.

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and similar analytics platforms.

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

  • Develop and execute high-performing B2B lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, and strategic partnerships.

  • Generate qualified Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for multiple SaaS products.

  • Build scalable inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and Conversion Rate.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize overall marketing performance.

Content Marketing & Communication

  • Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and social media.

  • Create compelling B2B SaaS messaging that effectively communicates product value and drives conversions.

  • Work closely with designers, product teams, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Design and manage automated marketing workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, HubSpot, or similar automation platforms.

  • Implement lead nurturing, segmentation, CRM automation, customer lifecycle campaigns, and email marketing workflows.

  • Improve customer engagement through intelligent marketing automation.

SEO, AEO & Generative Search Optimization

  • Lead technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO initiatives.

  • Optimize websites and content for Search Engines (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

  • Implement Schema Markup, Structured Data, Semantic SEO, and AI search optimization strategies.

Analytics, CRO & Optimization

  • Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and CRM analytics.

  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and conversion funnels.

  • Continuously improve website performance, user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Social Media & Brand Development

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  • Build strong brand awareness and thought leadership within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to maintain consistent visual identity and brand messaging.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new SaaS product launches.

  • Support product positioning, messaging, pricing communication, and launch campaigns.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team.

  • Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure marketing objectives are achieved.

  • Prepare performance reports and present strategic insights to management.
