Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop new customers, dealers, agents and sales points in the assigned territory.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and dealers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new markets.

• Follow up potential customers and ensure timely execution of orders.

• Conduct product sampling and ensure proper display of tiles at dealer outlets.

• Identify customer requirements and provide effective pre- and post-sales support.

• Manage distribution channels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

• Collect and report market information, competitor activities and customer feedback.

• Develop adequate knowledge of tile products and guide customers in selecting suitable products.

• Maintain close coordination with the Head of Department regarding market and sales development.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
