Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and sincere Divisional Manager for our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated professional with a proven track record in developing sales networks, managing teams effectively, and driving business growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while leading a team to success in a growing industry.
To carry out companies pre-defined sales & marketing policies, rules and to make its fair understand to the field level work forces.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics area to achieve the sales.
Made a plan/forecasting and to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales.
Evaluate the performance of front level sales executives.
Make prompt reply to customers on queries.
To ensure customer satisfaction pre/post sales service.
Conduct regular meetings with sales executives to review progress of the sales team and to chart a new path for them.
Make own style of managing and leading 5-10 team members to achieve target.
Communicating with customers regarding unexpected delays in meeting their needs/making delay in delivery.
Establish active communication and engagement with sales executives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
Monitoring and budgeting expenses of travelling and daily expenses, incentives, commission etc.
Willing to adopt and carryout any tasks other than the above to be assigned by the Management time to time.
