Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in the Tobacco industry.

  • Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and traditional trade channels will be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and local market.

  • Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

  • Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and own motorcycle.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while driving SKU-wise growth and supporting SDB-level business expansion.

  2. Monitor SKU trends, identify growth levers, and execute initiatives that strengthen category development across the territory.

  3. Track ZO and SR KPIs (strike rate, coverage, location accuracy, active outlet, drop size expansion) and conduct daily kick-off, guidance, and end-of-day performance reviews.

  4. Provide structured coaching, objection-handling guidance, and continuous capability building for ZOs and SRs.

  5. Monitor distributor payments, lifting, ROI, hygiene, and ensure full adherence to PMB guidelines and operational discipline.

  6. Maintain proactive communication with SDB owners/managers on sales performance, operational challenges, and market dynamics.

  7. Conduct a minimum of 20 outlet visits daily, ensuring merchandising standards, SFA discipline, visibility, and trade program activation.

  8. Identify execution gaps, add new outlets, support SRs in distribution growth, and ensure retailer issue resolution.

  9. Validate SFA accuracy, address operational gaps with ASM, and maintain timely, accurate reporting and communication across all stakeholders.
