Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in the Tobacco industry.
- Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and traditional trade channels will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and local market.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and own motorcycle.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and adherence to hygiene, FIFO/FEFO, and product-handling protocols.
Maintain 99%+ stock accuracy through systematic cycle counts, reconciliations, and timely system updates.
Ensure accurate order processing, prepare delivery plans and loading sheets, and uphold 95%+ on-time delivery SLAs.
Liaise with delivery personnel and Sales for schedule alignment, issue resolution, and route-level performance management.
Safeguard 100% accuracy across invoices, challans, gate passes, and ERP postings while ensuring audit-ready records.
Manage manpower allocation, control zonal operating expenditures, and reduce rework, wastage, and loading errors.
Drive adherence to operational SOPs, conduct daily safety checks, enforce PPE usage, and maintain audit readiness.
Lead helpers, loaders, and delivery staff with structured guidance, productivity monitoring, and continuous skill development.
Provide accurate daily/weekly updates on stock, orders, dispatch, and manpower while ensuring responsive support to Sales and customers.
