Responsibilities & Context:
Provide basic IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
Support email accounts, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
Maintain data backups and ensure basic data security.
Troubleshoot operating system and software-related problems.
Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining LAN, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Ensure antivirus updates and regular system maintenance.
Provide technical support for online meetings and office presentations.
Assist with website updates and other IT-related tasks when required.
Report technical issues and coordinate with senior IT staff for solutions.
