Responsibilities & Context:
State University of Bangladesh (SUB) is seeking a competent, proactive, and experienced individual to join the University as a Project Manager (Civil Engineering). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, supervising, and monitoring construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects; coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and relevant stakeholders; preparing project plans, budgets, schedules, and progress reports; ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements; monitoring project costs, materials, and resource utilization; ensuring timely completion of projects; identifying and resolving technical and operational issues; and maintaining proper project documentation and reporting to the University Authority.
Academic Qualifications, Relevant Professional Experience, and Other Requirements must comply with the applicable University policies and regulations. Candidates with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed institutions such as BUET, CUET, RUET, DUET, or Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), along with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, will be preferred.
