Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Drive and optimize daily outlet sales to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Inventory & Stock Management: Efficiently track stock levels, manage product ordering, prevent stock outs, and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Cash & Accounts Handling: Oversee daily cash transactions, billing accuracy, POS operations, and reconcile daily shop accounts perfectly.
Procurement & Purchasing: Supervise product procurement, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure strict quality control of incoming stocks.
Delivery & Logistics Management: Monitor product dispatch, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and oversee smooth delivery logistics. Candidates with a valid driving license will be preferred.
