Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural and interior layouts, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and document existing conditions.
Revise designs and drawings under the architect’s guidance.
Prepare detailed working drawings for furniture, ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements.
Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved designs and drawings.
Assist in preparing material quantities, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Check material quality, workmanship, and finishing.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.
Identify site issues and report them to the responsible architect or engineer.
Maintain progress reports, site photographs, and project records.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
