Minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution.
Candidates with experience in Tele Sales, Tele sales Marketing, Customer Service, or Call Center operations will be preferred.

Good Bengali communication; English communication is an advantage.·
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.·
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.·
Positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and potential clients.
Promote and explain company products and services over the phone.
Generate sales leads and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for order processing and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
