Education:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
Candidates with relevant technical and factory management qualifications will be preferred

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in factory/production management.·
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Unani, Ayurvedic, Herbal, or Healthcare manufacturing will be preferred.·
Candidates with strong experience in production and factory operations are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise overall factory operations and production activities.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily, monthly, and yearly production schedules.
Ensure smooth and efficient production according to company targets.
Supervise Production, Quality Control, Store, Maintenance, and other factory teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor manpower, machinery, raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Store, Purchase, and Management departments.
Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of machinery and equipment.
Monitor production costs, wastage, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Identify operational problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain proper production records, reports, and factory documentation.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline.
Train, motivate, and evaluate factory employees.
Ensure production activities are completed within the scheduled time.
Report factory performance and operational issues directly to management.
