Responsibilities & Context:
BANIZ is looking for an experienced and responsible Shop Senior In-charge to oversee our retail store operations.
📍 Location: Uttara (Head Office)
💰 Salary: 16,000 – 20,000 BDT (Based on experience)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Daily Retail Operations: Manage and monitor day-to-day showroom operations.
Daily Sales Management: Oversee daily sales targets, team activities, and customer service standards.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor showroom stock, manage display inventory, and handle supply chain tracking.
Reporting & Performance: Prepare daily operational and sales reports while tracking team performance.
📋 Requirements:
1 to 2 years of prior experience in a similar supervisory or in-charge role with a recognized fashion retail brand.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and store management skills.
Honest, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
