🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
* Plan creative content, Reels, influencer campaigns, and promotional offers.
* Coordinate Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, and outlet marketing.
* Analyze sales, marketing campaigns, ROAS, and customer conversion rates.
* Work with Content, Digital Marketing, and Sales Teams to achieve monthly targets.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and growth plans.
✅ Requirements:
* Practical experience in digital marketing, sales growth, and brand development.
* Strong understanding of social media marketing and customer behavior.
* Skills in data analysis, Google Sheets/Excel, and performance reporting.
