Job Context:

Baniz is a leading women's lifestyle brand specializing in premium footwear and bags. We are looking for energetic, honest, and experienced male Sales Executives for our retail stores in Mohammadpur and Uttara.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall daily retail shop sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Oversee store stock management, daily inventory tracking, and stock organization.

• Maintain and update daily sales records, inventory entries, and stock logs in Google Sheets.

• Maintain shop cleanliness, product merchandising, and neat presentation.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• Prior experience in Retail Store Sales or Fashion Accessories / Footwear sales will be given preference.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets).

Additional Requirements:

• Only Males are eligible to apply.

• Must be punctual, energetic, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

• Immediate joiners will get strong preference.

• Duty Hours: 11:00 AM – 09:00 PM

Salary: BDT 13,000 – 14,000 (Based on Experience)
