Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Handle product presentation, sales, billing and maintain proper showroom display.

• Manage online customer communication through Facebook, Messenger and other platforms.

• Respond to inquiries, provide product details, price, size, color and stock information.

• Follow up with online customers and assist in confirming orders.

• Coordinate showroom and online sales activities and maintain good customer service.

• Maintain punctuality, teamwork and professional behavior.

• Working hours will follow the market schedule and operating hours.
