Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a reconditioned car showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the automobile market, excellent sales and customer-service skills, and the ability to manage a showroom team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.

Supervise and motivate sales executives and showroom staff.

Handle sales of reconditioned/imported vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.

Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, financing, registration, and other relevant details to customers.

Inspect and maintain showroom vehicles to ensure proper presentation and cleanliness.

Coordinate with vehicle procurement, reconditioning, workshop, documentation, and delivery teams.

Monitor vehicle inventory, pricing, sales status, and customer inquiries.

Negotiate with customers and support the team in closing sales.

Ensure proper documentation for vehicle sales and deliveries.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports for management.

Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer demand.

Ensure showroom discipline, security, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Strong knowledge of the local used/reconditioned car market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Good knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and market trends.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
