• Provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and well-mannered manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs.

• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and organized shelves.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
