• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with website product uploads and e-commerce operations is preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory and stock management systems.

• Basic IT troubleshooting skills.Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

• Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Previous experience in retail, watches, or e-commerce will be an advantage.

• Sales Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

  • Explain watch features, prices, and product details.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.

  • Prepare sales records and assist with daily sales reporting.

  IT & Technical Responsibilities

  • Upload new products to the company website with photos, prices, descriptions, and specifications.

  • Update product information, prices, and availability.

  • Process and confirm online orders.

  • Coordinate with delivery services and follow up on order status.

  • Handle basic customer inquiries from online sales channels.

  • Maintain accurate stock records for showroom and online products.

  • Update inventory when products are sold, received, or returned.

  • Monitor stock availability and identify low-stock items.

  • Coordinate stock transfers and assist with regular stock counting.

  • Ensure website stock availability matches actual inventory.
