• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.

• Explain product features, prices, offers and availability clearly.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Achieve individual and shop sales targets.

• Maintain proper product displays and keep shelves organized.

• Check stock availability and inform management when products are running low.

• Assist with billing, packaging and order processing when required.

• Keep the shop clean, presentable and customer-ready.

• Handle customer questions and complaints politely.

• Follow shop policies, working hours and instructions from management.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit updates when required.

• Work responsibly with the team and support overall shop operations.
