Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Engagement: Greeting walk-in clients promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and proactively identifying their needs.
Product Demonstrations: Presenting product features, materials, pricing, and warranties clearly to help buyers make informed decisions.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommending complementary products or higher-tier items to maximize total ticket value.
Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding personal and showroom monthly sales quotas set by management.
Customer relationship building.
Objection Handling.
Price Tagging.
Inventory Monitoring.
