• Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

• Good understanding of POS systems,MS Office Suite.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations

• Lead and supervise sales staff to achieve sales targets

• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Maintain proper product displays and showroom appearance

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse

• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

• Train and develop showroom staff
