Responsibilities & Context:
Design Engineering: Create detailed layouts, schematics, and riser diagrams for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Fire Protection systems using AutoCAD.
Compliance: Ensure all system designs and technical specifications strictly comply with NFPA Standards and local safety regulations.
Project Sales: Drive revenue growth by managing project-based sales for specialized fire detection and protection products.
Client Handling: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers through excellent communication skills.
Estimation & Bidding: Prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and technical commercial proposals for project bids.
