Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for experienced and technically proficient CAD Managers with strong hands-on expertise in Gemini CAD Software to join our garment manufacturing operations at Shyampur, Dhaka, and Narayanganj.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise CAD operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
Operate Gemini CAD Software for pattern development, pattern modification, grading, and marker making.
Ensure pattern accuracy, measurement consistency, and optimum fabric consumption.
Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Sample, Merchandising, and Production teams.
Review patterns, markers, and technical specifications before production.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide CAD team members.
Monitor team performance and maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Garments Technology, Fashion Design, or a relevant discipline.
Experience & Competencies
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
Strong practical expertise in Gemini CAD Software is essential.
Proven experience in pattern making, grading, marker making, and fabric consumption optimization.
Experience leading a CAD team and coordinating with production-related departments.
Strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
