Job Responsibilities & Context

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Mandarin Chinese, Bangla (Bengali), and English to facilitate smooth communication between Chinese professionals and Bangladeshi employees.

• Translate conversations, instructions, questions, and responses during meetings, training sessions, practical demonstrations, and daily work activities.

• Assist the Chinese team in communicating with local staff regarding work procedures, operational activities, equipment usage, and training requirements.

• Support communication during professional training sessions related to aesthetic, wellness, massage therapy, and weight management services, as required.

• Translate basic written documents, messages, instructions, and business-related information between Chinese, Bangla, and English.

• Accompany Chinese professionals during official meetings, workplace visits, and other business-related activities when interpretation support is needed.

• Ensure that all information is communicated clearly, accurately, and professionally without changing the original meaning.

• Coordinate with management and local employees to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, business discussions, training materials, and internal communications.

• Perform other interpretation, translation, and coordination-related duties assigned by management.
