• 2 to 5 years

Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Fashion Design, Pattern Designing, Product Development

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 26 years

• Prior experience working with a Retail Fashion Retail Brand is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and product development.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design software will be an advantage.

• Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze local and global fashion trends.

• Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand`s vision and market demand.

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams.

• Select fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and silhouettes for new product development.

• Ensure designs are both commercially viable and aligned with the brand identity.
